Telephone - Call the repeat prescription request number (01698 753 976) and leave a message. Please make your request clear by informing us of your name and address, the drug name, dose, and frequency of administration.
Online - You can now order your own repeat prescriptions online. Please ask our reception staff for details on how to register for this service.
If we cannot identify what you are looking for then your prescription will be delayed until clarification can be obtained.
