Mrs Lesley Barrie (f)

An Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) is an experienced and highly educated Registered Nurse who manages the complete clinical care for their patient. Advanced Practice is a level of practice rather than a type of speciality of practice.

Lesley Barrie, our ANP, has worked for many years as a Practitioner in the hospital setting. She made the move into general practice last year. She is able to see patients with acute illnesses/ complaints such as respiratory tract infections, ear pain, acne complaints, cold and flu-type complaints, urinary tract infections, low mood and depression, constipation and many more.

If you contact us requesting an appointment, please do not be surprised if we offer you an appointment with Lesley!

Sister Rosalind Leonard (f)

Sister Leonard is a qualified and registered nurse, and has been part of the Kirkview team since July 2022. She can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice and blood pressure checks. Sister Leonard also runs clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes and carries out cervical screening clinics.
